About Us
SUKUN DRUCK is a branch company of SUKUN GROUP which has its own vision and mission from other branch companies of SUKUN GROUP (Cigarette Industry, Textile Industry, Transport, Furniture/Woodwork and Export - Import).
According to the parent company / group with a total of 13,000 employees, the status of the SUKUN DRUCK company is an individual company.
This SUKUN Printing Company was established in 1965 with simple printing equipment to serve the internal needs of SUKUN GROUP.
With the renewal of the new business name, SUKUN DRUCK besides serving the needs of internal printing SUKUN GROUP also serves the needs of printing in the domestic and export markets, of course this must be followed by the addition of investment in printing machines, prepress and finishing machines, most of which are branded HEIDELBERG and increased the quality of human resources by providing learning assignments, especially employees in the field of graphics and management.
Until now, we have had decades of experience meeting the printing needs of internal SUKUN GROUP companies and other cigarette companies as well as national and state-owned private companies.
We continue to improve quality tirelessly and timely, in terms of machinery it is clear that we are not left behind from other local competitors and even continue to strive to be at the forefront. For this reason, SUKUN DRUCK always innovates by adding Offset, Rotografure, Coating Machines, Paper Laminator, Stiching, Gluing, Punching and Embossing machines.
Human Resources which is one of the important assets in the company that we continuously improve its capabilities, so that there is a harmonization between Technology and adequate Human Resources by obtaining ISO 9001: 2008 certificates regarding MANAGEMENT and OHSAS 18001: 2007 regarding K3 (Health and Safety Work) issued by the ISO certification body from TUV NORD Indonesia based in Germany.

PREPRESS
With professional Human Resources, we create a blend of art and technology as the initial preparation for pre-printing.
LETTERPRESS
The rapid development of today's printing world, to meet the market needs of the Leterpress Printing Process, is still very much needed and cannot be replaced by other processes. We have the mainstay of SAKURA ex. Japan and DEGEL HEIDELBERG ex. Germany.
OFFSET
In order to achieve accuracy, speed and quality of print results we use medium to the most sophisticated scale offset machines from Japan & Germany. Our machines Heidelberg CX 104 (5 colors) and Heidelberg CS92-6+L are ready to serve for customer satisfaction.
ROTOGRAVURE
A 6-color ROTOGRAVURE machine with a speed of 120 M/min processes printing, embossing & embossing in one process, also equipped with a monitor screen that makes it easy to control the process to produce quality prints, which is our supporting factor in speeding up the process.
DIE CUT
Sukun Druck has 3 Die Cut machines including the “SBL” die cut machine, the “MK Easymatrix 160 CS” die cut machine and the “MK Easymatrix 160 C” die cut machine.
FINISHING
Packaging products cannot be separated from the gluing process in the form of side glue or lock and bottom forms. To fulfill this process we have a High Speed Automatic Folder Gluer "JINNYEU" Glue Machine which has a speed of 50,000 lbr / hour.

The end result of all processes will not be satisfied if it is not supported by other processes. Our finishing processes include the Diecut Process using sophisticated technology machines with careful manual & laser light production of phono blades. Varnish machine with UV irradiation, Water Base, Laminating Gloss / Doff, and also Paper Laminator machine. The machines are very precise with final quality to satisfy customers.
